1601 at Tioga Loop. Tioga Loop is a full circle inside the angle formed by Tioga beyond and Oakwood in front of us. The 76 Hamilton used Tioga in both directions while the 87 Ardmore used Oakwood in both directions with Wilkinsburg outbound to our left. An outbound 88 Frankstown could come from our right to loop and layover where 1601 sits. The loop was accessible from any direction to any direction. This is most likely a charter displaying 77/54-North Side/Carrick via Bloomfield.
