1766 at Fifth and Neville in the Oakland neighborhood, near the boundary of Oakland and Shadyside. Pittsburgh is known for such bizarre things as having more than one intersection of the same streets (there are no fewer than three intersections of Beechwood Blvd and Monitor St), I walked by Fifth and Neville to see if the buildings in the picture were still there. They are. (The photographer must have stood on the northeast corner.) The large building is now (still?) the Fairfax Apartments.
