1789 in Braddock on Rt 55 trackage at the East Pittsburgh Edgar Thompson Works, U. S. Steel Company. Its on the now-closed stretch of Braddock Avenue down by the floodgates. They closed it so they could move a rail spur into the middle of the flood gate basically. Now the street is closed.
