PAT 1767 is on Franklin St at Wood St on a wintery Jan 28 1967. This was the day after the conversion of PAT's ten remaining East End streetcar lines. The pedestrian underpass in the distance beneath the PRR embankment led to the Hay St. layover point for route 75.
