An all-Electric 1700-series appears to be on the 10-West View in vicinity of the three crossovers which allowed banking of trolleys in both directions. Large numbers of patrons leaving west View park could board cars and allow service on the 10- and 15-lines to continue. These lines were through routed -- outbound on one then inbound on the other. No loop required.
