It appears PAT maintenance personnel are sweeping debris from the switch point as an outbound 53-Carrick car on E Carson St approaches. The track to the left will take route 49 cars up Arlington Ave. This 1700-series car will continue straight ahead on E. Carson St. to S. 18th St.
