This small industrial electric locomotive is ex-Phelps-Dodge 17, built for service at the Douglas Smelter. Retired in 1987, it was acquired by the Arizona Street Railway Museum in Phoenix and restored to operation on ASRMs 250-volt DC line, seen here on March 30 2001
