East Troy Electric Railroad L9 is a steeplecab electric locomotive built in 1944 by The Milwaukee Electric Railway & Transport Company, seen here on July 8 2003. Later owned by Wisconsin Electric Power Company, L9 was retired in 1971 and acquired by The Wisconsin Electric Railway Historical Society. East Troy acquired the locomotive in 1989, and it is currently (Sep 2016) operational.
