Car 64 was originally built for the Philadelphia & Western (later Red Arrow) as 164.  Known as Strafford cars, cars of this type operated on the P&W branch of the Red Arrow until the late 1980s, seen here in July 2003.  It was converted to a third rail de-icing car before being retired in 1992.  Later acquired by East Troy, the car was rebuilt back into a passenger car by East Troy. It was sold to the Electric City Trolley Museum in Scranton in 2009.
