Indiana Railroad 205, seen here on March 13 2004, was built by Kuhlman in 1927 as Interstate Public Service 266. After IR took over IPS in 1930, 205 was rebuilt from a suburban car to a streetcar and assigned to the Terre Haute lines.
It was sold to Portland Electric Power (later Portland Traction) in 1940 as their 4003, and ran in Oregon until 1959. The car was acquired by an individual who eventually sold the car to the Illinois Railway Museum in 1993.
This car has since been repainted in Indiana Railroad colors.
