Illinois Terminal (formerly Illinois Traction) 233 is an interurban office car built in 1905 by St Louis, seen here on April 10 2004. It was originally known as the Missouri but was rebuilt for use by the companys officers in 1909. This car was part of the 1911 train that carried President Taft over the ITS system. In 1956 it was taken out of service and acquired by the Illini Railroad Club, which later sold the car to the Illinois Railway Museum.
