The second and third cars acquired by the Illinois Railway Museum were Milwaukee Electric interurbans, of which this is one, seen here on April 10 2004.
TMER&L 1129 was originally built in 1909 by Kuhlman as Wisconsin Traction Light Heat & Power 104, but was heavily rebuilt into a 1100-series car by the TM in 1924.
It was retired in 1941 and sold to the London & Port Stanley in Ontario, where it became their 21. It was acquired by IRM in 1955 and is now on display. It is erroneously numbered 1111.
