Ex-Chicago Transit Authority 4454 on May 29 2001 at the Indiana Transportation Museum. It is a 4000-type rapid transit car built by the Cincinnati Car Company in 1924. It was restored by the Indiana Museum of Transportation and Communication (now the Indiana Transportation Museum) to its original condition and operated for several years. Since then its condition has deteriorated considerably.
