Ex-Chicago Transit Authority S-354 was built in 1924 by the Cincinnati Car Company as 4381. In 1965 it was rebuilt as a work motor and renumbered to S-354.

Ex-Chicago Transit Authority S-354 was built in 1924 by the Cincinnati Car Company as 4381. In 1965 it was rebuilt as a work motor and renumbered to S-354. When it was acquired by the Indiana Museum of Transportation in 1978, they mounted a platform on the roof in order to use the car as a line car. Seen here on May 29 2001, it hadn't been used for years, and appears is in pretty poor condition.
