This small industrial electric locomotive is ex-Phelps-Dodge 115, which was built in 1906 for the Douglas Smelter operation, seen here on March 29 2001. It is standard gauge but is designed to operate on 250-volts DC. It is now owned by Old Pueblo Trolley in Tucson AZ.
