SEPTA 1025 was one of the Art Deco cars built in 1936 by Brill for the Philadelphia-Delaware Bridge line.
Some of the most distinctive subway cars ever built, these cars operated over the Ben Franklin Bridge between Philadelphia and Camden.
In 1968, with the arrival of new cars, 1025 was transferred to the Broad Street Subway, where it operated until put in fan trip service in the 1980s.
It is seen here in dead storage at Fern Rock Yard in Philadelphia on June 26 2003
