Car 1046 is eastbound between George V and 6th Avenue in Lachine and alongside William McDonald Street and what was then the CNR westbound mainline. The car is on a May 4 1958 fan trip The car was built in 1902 by the Montreal Street Railway for service on the suburban Montreal Park & Island Railway and sports its original MP&I orange paint scheme. This car is preserved at Exporail, the railway museum at Delson, just south of Montreal.
