The motorman and conductor take a break at the western end of the 91 Lachine route. This location is the tail end of the wye at Notre Dame and 6th Avenue in Lachine with the administration offices of the giant Dominion Bridge Company behind the car. Before November 7 1954, this streetcar route used to go further west to Broadway and 44th. That segment was replaced by buses. The rest of the route was replaced by buses on June 23 1957.
