Pekin City Railway battery streetcar #1 (formerly Pekin & Petersburg Interurban Railway's Pekin operation before bankruptcy in May 1913) in front of the Post Office on South Capitol Street in late 1913 before it became the Pekin Municipal Railway in 1914 and before the overhead electrification was installed.
