ran local streetcars in Franklin (until 1927), Oil City (until June 1928)
and two interurban lines between the cities - one of each side of the Allegheny
River. This open car is at the Rousville, Pa. RR yards stop.
It is on the way to company-owned Monarch Amusement Park. Taken in
1912.
