Oil City
Citizens Traction Co.
Citizens Traction
ran local streetcars in Franklin (until 1927), Oil City (until June 1928)
and two interurban lines between the cities - one of each side of the Allegheny
River. This car is shown on Hoffman Avenue in Oil City in winter
1904. This line served Cottage Hill and the Oil City Hospital.
This car was later rebuilt as the company's first one-man trolley and ran
until 1928 on the Reno Junction line.
