The April 24 1960 charter on 1161 finds the PCC outbound on the Library interurban crossing South Park Road on a bi-directional shoofly. As only one lane of vehicles could pass under this old timber trestle, it was removed and replaced with a grade crossing and signal light which forced the Interurban to wait unnecessarily.
