1615 delivered as City Car to Millvale Car House on August 13, 1945, placed into service on August 25, and converted to interurban service on January 20, 1948. Conversion was to remove Clark B2 trucks and replace them with air-operated St Louis B3s, removing lifeguard and replacing it with a pilot, and removing the trolley rope catcher from above the windows and replacing it with an Earll retriever below the windows. A roof light, spare trolley pole strapped to the trolley cowl, true air-horn, fire-fighting equipment, tools, Ohmer fare register, and 2-way FM radio were added and the back window hinged to open for access to the trolley rope on high bridges. Primarily used on Washington Interurban line but also as tripper to Riverview on Charleroi and other Interurban tripper service.
