Interurban 1615 is on Fingal, the layover location at the outer end of the 40 Mt Washington on January 14 1964. While Fingal is a two-way street, a parallel track allows another car to pass while opposing traffic or be spotted if Bad Order (BO) or broken down. This is possibly a charter but could be a revenue car -- Pittsburgh sometimes put interurban cars on other lines in heavy snows on the theory they tracked better because they are heavier. The 1700-1724 group of PCC interurbans were 500 pounds lighter than the 1725-1799 city cars
