The highest-numbered of the South Shore standard coaches is 40, seen here on April 10 2004 at the Illnois Railway Museum. The car was built in 1929 as trailer 213 and motorized in 1938. After retirement in 1983 it was acquired by the National Park Service, which preserved it until 1987. It went to IRM in 1987
