This is the end of ex-Pacific Electric 314, a Blimp interurban coach built by St Louis in 1930 as Northwestern Pacific 384, seen here on August 7 2004. These cars were very austere when in commuter service on NWP, but when sold to PE in 1942 were rebuilt for long-distance service. This car was renumbered by PE to 4509 in 1942, later being renumbered 314. It was retired in 1959 and acquired by OERM.
